G-FEST Opens Up Volunteer Applications For 2024 Show

The annual gathering of North American kaiju fans is ramping up! This year, they need some more volunteers to make a successful show happen. You can join the roster of continuously amazing and devoted people that make the fan-favorite show happen by applying!

What You Need To Know

– Volunteer shifts are typically 3 hours long.

– We do our best to accommodate your preferences but cannot guarantee placement in a specific area. First preference will be given to returning volunteers.

-If contacted for a position, volunteers will be provided with a “Volunteer Package” to illustrate responsibilities and details of the event.

-Read the Volunteer Release Waiver & Agreement carefully.

About G-FEST

G-FEST is a multi-faceted convention that caters to a wide variety of interests within the kaiju genre.

Each year G-FEST presents panels, Q & A sessions by actors and crew from kaiju films, fan presentations on topics of interest, a variety of contests, and boasts a fully equipped video gaming thread. Whether you want to participate in the production of an epic fan-made film in Dojo Studios, receive model making instruction from industry pros, shop the world’s most extensive kaiju-focused vendor’s room, or get an autograph from an idol, G-FEST has everything you need to fulfill your G dreams!

  • Jacob is a writer, convention programmer, and film fanatic. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of Kaiju United, overseeing the site and its collaborations with brands & studios. Outside of KU, he can be seen with his two cats watching horror movies, finding the greatest cheesesteak of all time, and listening to soul records.
