SRS Cinema continues to be a driving force behind independent kaiju films! The distributor, best known for releases such as Howl From Beyond the Fog and The Whale God, has released a new trailer showcasing their next upcoming release — Shinpei Hayashiya’s War of the Ninja Monsters: Jaron Vs. Goura. Notably, suit actor Akira Ohashi stars in this film, whom you might remember as the suit actor for Gamera in Gamera 2: Attack of Legion, the villainous Iris in Gamera 3, and finally, the Ghidorah suit actor in Giant Monsters All-Out Attack! Ohashi-san has been promoting this movie extensively on his socials, and now, viewers in the United States can witness what Jaron Vs. Goura is all about!
Fans can pre-order the film HERE.
In the film, “two men, tired from work, visit the town of Chichibu to enjoy their favorite hobby – exploring caves. But little do they know, the town has been secretly protected by the descendants of the righteous Shinobi ninja since the Sengoku period. The two unlucky friends accidentally break a spell that awakens two colossal beasts, Jaron and Goura. The area’s rival clans manipulate them into a fierce battle, bringing chaos to the area. But a righteous female ninja steps up, wanting to stop the destruction and restore the seal. Can she defeat the evil ninjas that stand in her way before Chichibu is completely destroyed by two kaiju?”
The film is helmed by Shinpei Hayashiya, director of Reigo: King Of The Sea Monsters, Raiga: God Of The Monsters, and God Raiga vs. King Ohga!
