Ultraman: Rising is due for a superhero-sized release on Netflix in just under two weeks to much fanfare in the tokusatsu community. Because of the streaming release, speculation ran rampant for a while about whether or not there would be a theatrical release of the film so kaiju fans can experience the beautifully animated picture on the biggest screen possible. Thankfully, co-director Shannon Tindle has confirmed that yes, there will be select screenings at theaters across the country and abroad. Unfortunately, the list is small, but if you’re in the area, go attend and give Rising your support!
