Thursday Pickwick Theatre Double Features Revealed by G-FEST

[EXCLUSIVE]

This year, G-FEST has a plethora of options to choose from for the lineup of movies to screen at the beloved and historic Pickwick Theatre. Every fourth year in a decade is chuck-full of anniversaries for the Godzilla series. Beginning with Godzilla in 1954, the tradition has continued since — Mothra Vs. Godzilla, Godzilla Vs. Mechagodzilla, The Return of Godzilla, Godzilla Vs. Spacegodzilla, Godzilla: Final Wars, Godzilla (2014), and finally, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire have each come out in these anniversary years. The options are limitless and fans want to see these movies on the big screen!

Typically, G-FEST regulars will arrive a day early before the show and take the time to mingle with their friends, go out to dinner, or get ready for the festivities. Many will tell you about the double features that the Pickwick showcases on that day as well — an afternoon matinee like the good old days, and an evening double feature extravaganza.

G-FEST has filled Kaiju United in on the epic lineup for Thursday’s double features for fans arriving early to this year’s convention. Check out the amazing lineup of Showa classics and Heisei fun! What movies will you be seeing? Let Kaiju United know!
