Kaiju Brooklyn Announces Special Event with Tsuburaya Global & Ultraman Connection

1 year ago today John Bellotti teamed up with brooklynONE Prodcutions to create Kaiju Brooklyn. This one-day convention was a huge success, drawing in hundreds of kaiju fans in the NYC area and has since spawned a second convention (Kaiju Brooklyn 2) this past June with the promise of more on the way. To celebrate the anniversary, Kaiju Brooklyn and BrooklynONE have announced a special event, “Ultraman Zero: They Key to Industry City”.

In the past, John has had a large emphasis on the Ultraman franchise at his events, but this will be the first one solely dedicated to the Ambassador of Light. Thanks to collaboration efforts from Tsuburaya Global
and Ultraman Connection, fans will not be disappointed.

So what can you expect?

Of course there will be several vendors in attendance selling all sorts of merchandise and apparel, panels will be held to discuss all things Ultraman, a scavenger hunt with “Ultra prizes”, a look at the latest Ultraman trading card games, and a screening of Ultraman Zero: The Revenge of Belial followed by a meet and greet with Ultraman Zero himself where he will be presented with the key to Industry City and pose for photos with fans alongside a surprise special guest… so be sure to have your cameras ready!

Save the date! Ultraman Zero: The Key To Industry City will be held on October 19th, at 513 35th St. Building 5 in Brooklyn, New York. For tickets and more information go to bkone.org.

  • Nick is the kind of person who has a million interests but has no idea how to put them in order. However, out of all of them, his love for giant monster movies and nerd culture reign supreme. After watching his first Godzilla movie at the age of 5, Nick’s love for the Big G stuck with him throughout his entire life. So much so that in 2018 it drove him to create Kaiju Junkie, an Instagram fan page focusing on all things Godzilla and giant monsters. Not only has this page given him the opportunity to present panels at G-Fest 2022 & ’23 but it also allows him to connect with countless people who share the same love for giant monsters as he does. When he’s not geeking out over Godzilla you can find him playing video games, listening to his favorite music (mostly Rammstein and Gorillaz), or indulging in his creative personality with photography and video editing.
