Hiya Toys Announces ‘Monster Hunter World’ Figures Are Coming Soon

Hot off the release of Monster Hunter Wilds, fan-favorite Hiya Toys has made an exciting announcement. Joining the beloved Exquisite Basic line of figures that includes creatures from the Godzilla series and characters from Contra, Persona 5, and Naruto, is MONSTER HUNTER WORLD! Capcom’s beloved franchise will see articulated figures of the various beasts that inhabit the vast biomes of the epic 2018 bestseller. Although their initial announcement picture features the monster Nergigante, it is unclear at this time if that is indeed the first figure coming to this new line. Personally, we’d like to see Deviljo, who remains one of KU’s favorite Monster Hunter designs.

Hiya Toys’ announcement reads: “From CAPCOM’s acclaimed game, the 2018 TGA ‘BEST ROLE PLAYING GAME’ winner: Monster Hunter: World is now joining HIYA TOYS’ EXQUISITE BASIC Series!

First item is currently in development—more details will be unveiled soon. Stay tuned for more details on @hiyatoys !!”

Details are fairly minimal at this time, but stay tuned for more developments (and reviews of the figures) on Kaiju United!

Monster Hunter Wilds is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, GeForce Now, and Microsoft Windows.
