Recently, there has been a renaissance of the sci-fi creature features from the 70s and 80s, with films such as Prey and Alien: Romulus spearheading this resurgence. After the success and popularity of his 2022 film Prey, Dan Trachtenberg revisits the Predator universe with this all-new animated anthology!

Set to release June 6 of 2025 on Hulu in the United States and internationally on Disney+, the film follows three different Yautja hunters across three different eras of history. The films seems to revolve around these Predators fighting against different warriors from the Viking era, Feudal era in Japan, and an American World War II pilot. The film also seems to feature aerial combat of the Yautja, something rarely seen in previous films in the franchise.

The film will release prior to Predator: Badlands, the much anticipated film also directed by Trachtenberg. Predator: Killer of Killers was written by both Trachtenberg and Micho Robert Rutare. The film stars Lindsay LaVanchy, Louis Ozawa Changchien, and Rick Gonzales. With the recent surge of Predator content, there is much potential for the franchise in the future!
