IDW Publishing has revealed their upcoming solicitations for the new year into February, and there’s lots to unpack!
The second major arc of the Kai-Sei era will commence in Godzilla #7; we’ll be introduced to the Kai-Sei version of SpaceGodzilla in Starship Godzilla #4; The Wanderer will face off against Godzilla in the arc’s conclusion with Escape the Deadzone #6, and finally, our fun adventures with the TMNT will continue in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles x Godzilla #3.
There’s plenty of options for any type of kaiju fan in your life, but KU readers will definitely want to watch what happens after Godzilla’s apparent “death” and “rebirth” coming up quickly in the ongoing Kai-Sei run. It’s also worth noting that it looks like there will be an artist change going into Issue #7, with Hendry Prasetya possibly taking the reigns of the ongoing series. Toku fans may know Hendry from his run-ins on Power Rangers, and interestingly, the Kamen Rider Zero-One comics.
