Independent Comic ‘Sector-7’ Launches Crowdfund Campaign

THE MONSTERS AREN’T COMING… THEY’RE HERE!!!

Kaiju United, we are truly in a renaissance of independent kaiju comic books! Previously covered on our site has been Colossal Conqueror, a free-to-view passion project by Tyler Sowles, as well as Kaijus & Cowboys, painstakingly created by Frankie B. Washington and Matthew Blair.

Next up, and currently available to back on IndieGoGo, is Sector-7! The all-star team behind Sector-7 includes a story by Matthew Boyce, illustrated by Ron Moscicki Jr., colors by comics veteran Matt Yackey (DC, Marvel, Image), and guest alternate covers by Rob Willis, this is one stacked team ready to bring some kaiju action to your homes!

About Sector-7

During the moon landing in 1969 the Cold War went HOT, leaving the entire Northern Hemisphere a NUCLEAR WASTELAND! Forced to unite, humanity created a utopia beneath the nuclear demarcation line called “The Veil”. Can this utopia last OR will mankind be crushed under the GIANT HEEL of a NEW THREAT?!
The story, and indeed the very world that Matt and I have created for you is unlike anything else you will see on the American market today! A giant monster story with a human focus. Not only will you see the amazing giant beasts we have created but you will also be able to enjoy a very human story with rich characters that you will fall in love with. It’s one of the very few monster stories where the people are the focus (BUT THERE’S STILL PLENTY OF CRAZY KAIJU ACTION).

The BEST PART is that this story will be contained in just four 40 full color page issues, so, in a relatively short amount of time (in the indie comic scene that is), you will have a complete story with a beginning, middle, and end to re-read and enjoy over and over again!
